When can I book a viewing?
To register for a viewing head to our website, click on the rent heading, then select the region you are looking to rent in. Click on the property of your interest, click on the “Book Inspection” button and enter your details into the form. Once you have submitted your form, you will be contacted by one of our staff with the inspection details.
How much do I have to pay up front?
The initial payments required are:
- 2 weeks rent in advance
- 4 weeks rent as a security bond
- $260 for a pet bond (if you are allowed to keep a pet on the premises)
E.G – If your rent is $400 and you have a pet the payment would be calculated as follows: 2 weeks rent ($800.00) plus a security bond of 4 weeks rent ($1,600.00) and a pet bond ($260.00), resulting in a total of $2,660.00.
How do I apply?
It is necessary for either yourself or a designated representative to conduct an in-person viewing of the property. Following this viewing, you will be emailed a link to apply online, alternatively you can search the property on our website and click the “Apply Now” button.
You will be required to create a realestate.com.au login to apply for a property.
If a company wish to apply for a property, once a representative has viewed the property, please email the Property Management team ([email protected]) to request a company application form.
Do I have to view the property?

Can I apply without viewing?
To process your application, it is necessary for either yourself or a designated representative to conduct an in-person viewing of the property. Any applications submitted will not be processed until the applicant/representative has viewed the property. The reason this is required is due to the diverse range of property available in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and the varied personal opinion of each individual.

Pets Considered?
Most WA properties are equipped to safely house a pet, providing the yard is correctly fenced. If your pet is suitable at the property you will have to pay a $260.00 pet bond before holding the pet at the property along with fumigation costs on vacating.
How long is the lease?
Lease length can be negotiated on your application, unless you are taking over a break lease, in which case the agent will inform you of the current lease term.

In most cases, we are advertising a property with all photos that we have available, we suggest booking a viewing or emailing any queries.
